1. Introduction
Welcome to the Hear Room Purple Support Plan (the “Plan”). 4. Subscription Fees and Payment

- Payment Method: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Payments will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
- Refunds and Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. Refunds may be provided only in cases where services were not rendered, or as required by applicable law.
5. Plan Duration and Renewal
- Initial Term: The Plan’s initial subscription term begins when you purchase the Plan and continues for the duration specified in your subscription details (e.g., one month, one year).
- Renewal: Upon the end of your subscription term, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be charged.
6. Customer Obligations
By using the Plan, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when subscribing and using the Services.
- Use the Services in a lawful and responsible manner, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not misuse the Services by attempting to circumvent or disable any security features or mechanisms.

7. Support Limitations
While Hear Room strives to provide timely and effective support, we cannot guarantee that all issues will be resolved within a specific timeframe or to your complete satisfaction. The Plan does not cover:
- Support for third-party software or hardware not purchased directly from Hear Room.
- Issues caused by user error, misuse, or modification of products or services.
- Non-Hear Room related products or services.
- Lost or corrupted data, except where specifically covered by our warranty or data protection policies.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
Hear Room takes the privacy and security of your data seriously. Your personal information, including contact and payment details, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. Support interactions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes and to improve our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hear Room’s liability under the Plan is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plan.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Plan in the event of:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Failure to pay subscription fees or other charges.
- Discontinuation or modification of the Services, subject to applicable laws.
Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Services, and all outstanding balances must be paid.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
