Auracast™ will be activated and ready for use with a simple firmware update to the device. Currently, GN Resound Nexia and Oticon Intent hearing devices have Auracast™ active and ready for use.

Auracast™ broadcast audio will become an advanced, new assistive listening system that will be significantly easier and lower cost to deploy while offering higher audio quality and greater privacy.
